Agentiks is based in McLean, Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect through agentiks.com and our client work, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book an assessment or email us, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, agency name and anything you write to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and secure the site. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold assessments, and deliver work you hire us for. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Client systems and data

When we build automations, we only access the systems a build needs, through accounts you control and can revoke. We use client data only to build, run and support the work you have asked for, and we sign confidentiality terms on request.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the business, such as website hosting, email and scheduling. They process information only to provide those services to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@agentiks.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
